Healthy Cookie Dough Balls

  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp oat flour.
  • 1/2 cup nut butter, I prefer salted peanut butter or cashew butter.
  • 3 Tbsp honey.
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil melted (add more if needed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla.
  • Pinch of salt if none in nut butter.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used mini)

How to make cookie dough without sugar?

1.Cream butter and Brown Monkfruit Sweetener in a bowl, just until smooth.

2.Add milk and vanilla and mix until well combined.

3.Add almond flour, salt and Classic Monkfruit Sweetener.

4.Fold in chocolate chips. Mix well. Refrigerate prior to serving for best results.
